We are a non smoking house and we ask that you respect our fire policy and not burn candles in the bedrooms.

Guests are welcomed after 4pm unless by prior arrangement and departure is by 10:30am.

Cancellation Policy: When it comes to making a booking we will require a valid credit card to secure the reservation. We will reserve the right to charge the card for cancellations which fail to fall within the permitted time scales, which in our case is 24 hours notice. On failure to give sufficient notice, the standard charge will be for the first night's stay of the room rate stated in 'Rooms and Rates'.

Please note by entering into this contract you are authorising us to make a charge to your card without any additional consent required.

Methods of payment:
Cash, cheques and all major credit cards (except American Express) are accepted. However if you are paying on a credit card, please be aware there is a 5% surcharge of the total bill. Debit card payments carry a £2 transaction fee.
